From New Zealand Joseph Parker places his interim WBO title and chance to challenge for the global championship at stake facing the unbeaten Wardley at the O2 Arena.
Undisputed heavyweight champion Usyk has made clear his aim to defend his world titles against the victor.
"This is the moment. It represents all," said a serious but zoned-in Wardley, 30, at yesterday's scale ceremony.
Wardley - possessing the interim WBA title - came in at seventeen stone five pounds, matching his previous matches.
"This fight before the ultimate challenge. Every effort is finished. Training is ticked off. The intense training is done. Let's get some relaxation now. Big night coming up," he stated further.
The East London market in east London saw beyond typical items on the measure as the both heavyweights faced off for the ultimate face-off prior to the main event.
Joseph Parker gave a wink at the lenses and swayed along to the beat.
Showing off his physique, he appeared hefty and strong as he registered at 18st 10lb, just five pounds lighter than his heaviest ever.

I have reached a superior tier and will overpower him - Parker
Wardley, dressed in an Ipswich Town jersey, kept a serious expression, nodded to the crowd, but looked zoned in.
Although he is the lighter guy, Wardley has superb knockout power. He staged a thrilling recovery facing Huni in June, down on the judges' cards prior to finishing his opponent in the tenth round although being outclassed for much of the contest.
"Joseph Parker, his team and boxing fans are about to discover I am destined to be at the summit of this weight class," Fabio Wardley affirmed.
"Each rival has been the fighter critics predict will defeat me. Here we are again. His attributes include too quick, too fast, vastly experienced. Yet I remain unbeaten yet, and nothing will change on fight night."
