Also contained in this new document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section identifying various areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the continuing investigative release.
